Zoom links will be sent out on the day of the class, or day before for the 6.30am sessions. *Toning & Moaning/Moaning Mash-up requires some handweights or a kettlebell. Please bring your own mat along to all sessions. If you haven't attended a class before, please arrive 5 minutes before to complete a short health questionnaire.
