Fitness Flow is a gentle, low-impact class combining elements of both Fitness Pilates and Fitness Yoga into one handy class! It's a wonderful class to help strengthen your entire body, improve posture and core strength, as well as increasing flexibility and range of movement. It's also really relaxing and a great way to get an hour for yourself! Each week the class will vary slightly but the aim remains the same - we want to both move and feel better!
The class is suitable for everyone - it's very easy to follow and requires no co-ordination, and is low=impact so easy on the joints. It's totally suitable for beginners to fitness classes/Pilates/Yoga, but also great for more experienced exercisers, particularly runners/triathletes/cyclists who need to improve core strength and flexibility. However, please don't attend if you are pregnant or have significant back/shoulder issues (wear and tear generally fine though!) - contact me if you're not sure.
Before your first class please arrive 5 mins early, or message me for a short health form that needs filling in (firstname.lastname@example.org) Paying in cash is fine - online payment also fine prior to attending. Bank details 32036426 and sort code 60 21 49. Please use your name as a reference.
