Are you feeling lethargic, bloated, a bit heavier than you'd like? Want to kick-start your fitness but need some motivation? Want some help with training for an event? Prepared to work hard??! Then Bootcamp is for you!!
Bootcamp runs over a 4 week period (every other month) and consists of group sessions, plus diet and nutritional advice if required. It's packed with fun, energising activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into a special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fitter and feel better, this is the programme for you! The sessions will be fun and motivating but hard work - you will need to put some effort in to get the rewards but it will be worth it when the healthier, leaner you emerges 4 weeks later! Cheaper than personal training, and with a bunch of like minded people, which makes it more fun!
For one upfront payment (see below) you will receive:
2 or 3 group sessions a week for 4 weeks
Discounted rates to other classes (£1 off each class for the duration of the camp)
A home workout programme to be completed between sessions
An eating plan (optional)
Motivational emails to keep you on track!
Sessions include circuit training activities, cardio & interval training, resistance work, team games, running/power walking....the list is endless..! The idea is to challenge you and to get results quickly! Please note that it IS suitable for all - all levels of fitness will be catered for, so do not be put off by thinking you won't be fit enough - the whole point is that you improve YOUR fitness, whatever level you're at. There's no competition between other members and everyone is able to work at their own pace. Bootcamp has seen some fantastic results with some members dropping an entire dress size in the 4 weeks, while others have lost over half a stone!!
Note: For the Bootcamp to really work, you do need to prepare for some hard graft! If you miss sessions, eat rubbish all month and don't follow the home workout plan, it's not going to work.....the choice is yours!!! :-)
2 sessions per week £40 or 3 sessions for £50.
All sessions are EARLY MORNING (Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30-7.15am) at Winslow Public Hall and and Saturdays (outside) 7.00-8.00am
The next Bootcamp will begin on Thursday March 1st and will run for 4 weeks as usual. In the meantime come along and join in the Saturday sessions - more info on the Saturday Bootcamp page!
