A lovely class designed to strengthen, lengthen and relax! This is a great low-impact class which is suitable for both beginners and fitness bunnies alike...This is a Pilates-based class (not 'pure' Pilates)which uses Pilates-style exercises to create a gentle class that works your whole body, with particular focus on abdominal muscles and your back. You won't get hot and sweaty but you will feel relaxed and about 2 inches taller when you leave!

 If you have serious back injuries/problems then it's not the class for you but it's fine for general minor 'wear and tear'! If in doubt, please contact me.

What to wear - comfy clothing and bare feet/socks. If you have your own mat then bring it along.
