Wednesdays 7.15-8.00pm, Winslow Public Hall
£4 per class
The original class! A short (ish) aerobic warm up (a little bit of co-ordination is helpful here but not essential!!) followed by an evil 15 mins of lower body exercises, mostly using bodyweight (but sometimes using dynabands, bender balls and dumbells too) Followed by abdominal exercises, some upper body work and stretch at the end. Fun, lively and lots of great tunes!
What to wear - trainers and suitable clothing (tracksuit type things!)Sports bra good idea too. Bring a bottle of water.
No other equipment needed but if you have your own mat then feel free to bring it (I do provide them but they are a bit tired!)
